近日国際配送の必要がある方は、ご注文を確実に承るためにも、【海外注文.xlsx】をクリックしてクラウド上のファイルをエクセル形式でダウンロードし、記入後に海外発送専任スタッフの電子メールy00834@yjs.com.twまで送信してください。専任スタッフが一対一でご対応いたします。また、ご注文の際は注意事項をよくお読みください。ご協力をお願いいたします。
※ご注文の注意事項※
1. 海外からのご注文は一律火曜に商品を発送。お届け日の指定はできません。お届け時間帯は配送業者の配達状況によります。
大規模な感染症、天災、人災、その他国際情勢に関する予期せぬ要因が発生した場合、納期が遅れる可能性が高くなります。
2. 法的規制により、豚そぼろと卵黄入りの商品（緑豆まんじゅう、塩卵入りパイまんじゅう、四喜パイなど）の海外発送は受け付けておりません。
3. 「お餅入りタロ芋パイまんじゅう」と「老婆餅」は保存期限が16日間と短く、物流の混雑や通関などの状況次第では配送に時間がかかり、賞味期限に影響が出る恐れがあるため、海外への発送はおすすめいたしません。
4. お支払い方法は台湾ドルでのお振込みに限らせていただきます。
5. 専任スタッフがご注文商品の総体積・総重量から海外送料を計算し、お支払い金額を算出後、ご注文内容、振込用仮想口座番号と一緒に電子メールで送信いたします。お受け取り後、内容をご確認ください。

*Shipping Guide*
1. Overseas orders are shipped on Tuesday, delivery date is depend on shipping company.(Can’t available for delivery)
There is a very high possibility of cargo delay, due to the infectious diseases, natural and man-made disasters, and the unanticipated factors related to the international situation.
2. According to the law, the specific products (such as: Mung bean, meat pastry, Yolk pastry ad Q pastry of four happiess) are not available to ship overseas due to they contains braised pork and yolk.
3. For the better experiment, we strongly suggest Taro pastry and Wife cake do ship only IN TAIWAN not overseas. Due to unpredictable problems happens during transprotation, it may cause bad taste of these two pastries.
4. After the order is sent out, coordinator will send the total amount including freight and order details to your mail. Please click on the payment link to complete the payment.
