【本國籍人士寄送海外Shipping overseas for Taiwanese】
目前國際配送購物車尚未開放中，敬請透過【海外訂購.xlsx】表單，開啟雲端連結後，點選左上角「檔案」，以試算表(excel)格式下載，完成填寫後寄至海外專員聯絡信箱 y00834@yjs.com.tw ，將由專員一對一協助您處理訂購等相關事宜，並請詳閱訂購注意事項，感謝您的配合。
※注意事項※
1. 海外訂單固定於周二寄出，無法指定到貨日，到貨時間須依貨運實際狀況為準。如遇重大傳染疾病、天災人禍等，與國際情勢相關之非預期因素影響，即有較大可能延遲到貨。
2. 礙於法規限制，未提供含有肉類、蛋黃之商品海外寄送。例如：滷肉綠豆椪、蛋黃酥、四喜Q餅。
3. 專員收到您的訂單後，將依您選購的商品總材積/重量計算海外運費，透過信箱提供訂單明細、訂單總金額、付款連結，如確認無誤再進行付款以完成訂單，請留意！付款連結期限為1小時；出貨後會提供物流追蹤編號，您可以隨時查閱配送進度。
4. 如需寄送海外訂購單以外之商品，敬請於訂購前查明國家之出入境規定，如遇海關扣留或其他情形導致無法如期收貨，本公司不負相關責任。

*Shipping Guide*
1. Overseas orders are shipped on Tuesday, delivery date is depend on shipping company.(Can’t available for delivery)
There is a very high possibility of cargo delay, due to the infectious diseases, natural and man-made disasters, and the unanticipated factors related to the international situation.
2. According to the law, the specific products ( such as: Mung Bean&Meat Pastry, Yolk pastry and Q pastry of four happiess ) are not available to ship overseas due to they contains braised pork and yolk.
3. After receiving your order, the specialist will calculate the overseas shipping fee based on the total volume/weight of the goods you purchased, and provide the order details, total order amount and payment link via e-mail.
Important reminder, the payment link time limit is one hour.
The order is completed after payment is made. A logistics tracking number will be provided after shipment, and you can check the shipment progress at any time.
4. If you need to send goods other than those on the overseas purchase order,please check the entry and exit regulations of the country you want to send to before ordering. YuJanShin is not responsible for the inability to receive the goods as scheduled due to customs detention or other circumstances.
